1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.amandariellycoaching.com, the Service operated by Amanda Rielly Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services Offered

Amanda Rielly Coaching provides various career coaching services, which may include, but are not limited to: individual coaching sessions, group workshops, resume/CV review, interview preparation, and digital resources (e.g., e-books, templates).

3. Client Responsibility and Disclaimer

A. Coaching Relationship

You acknowledge that career coaching is not therapy, financial advice, or legal advice. Coaching is intended to help you identify and achieve professional goals.

B. Results

We commit to providing our services with integrity and skill. However, you acknowledge that your success depends primarily on your own effort, commitment, follow-through, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific job offers, salary increases, or professional outcomes.

C. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law (e.g., if we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others).

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

A. Payment

All fees for services must be paid in advance or as otherwise specified on our website. We accept payment via PayPal.

B. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled outside of this window without an extenuating circumstance may be forfeited, and you may not be entitled to a refund.

C. Refunds

  • Digital Products (e.g., templates, e-books): Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  • Coaching Packages/Services: Refunds for unused services or packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it will be prorated based on services already rendered, calculated at the full, non-discounted hourly rate of $95.00 per hour, regardless of the package price.

5. Intellectual Property

A. Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including all coaching materials, templates, worksheets, and website design, are and will remain the exclusive property of Amanda Rielly Coaching and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the USA, New Jersey.

B. Limited License

When you purchase a service or digital product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

C. Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amanda Rielly Coaching, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

  3. Any content obtained from the Service; and

  4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
